Boss sized to the party
A raid is a ten-minute window at NY open, CPI or the weekly close. The boss gets HP per raider, so twenty people can kill it and two thousand can too. Every winning close through Tendies counts as damage; busts show as regen.
Loot that pays the same hour
Entry in SPY or USDC, no token. Most damage takes half the pot, a kill bonus splits across everyone who landed a hit, and an unkilled boss rolls its bounty into the next raid. Paid from the published prize wallet, like every cup so far.
